Seriously, why are they in business!?
First of all my husbands appt was at 3:30 today the 19th of July 2016 they asked that he show up at 3 to fill out papers, we get here at about 2:50 and they tell us they are 45 mins behind. So we're like no problem, they'll see us at 4:15. NO. we literally watched an entire movie from start to finish before my husband was called back at 4:55. If you have bad back issues do not come here you will just worsen the pain. Every single person who got here after us was called before us. I don't care if it's an MRI we had an appt. Why the hell are there appts if no one here goes by them. Then to top it off when the girl came to the front to call my husband back she decided to have a 5 min convo with the other girls up front before she called his name to go back. Like really. Customer satisfaction does not exist here. STAY FAR AWAY. IN FACT USE A DIFFERENT IMAGING COMPANY!!
