I would give 0 stars if I could. Your staff is completely inexperienced. I came in yesterday to get a hot stone pedi - I sat there for over an hour waiting (even though I had called ahead and scheduled an appointment). The girl hardly scrubbed my feet and then had hot stones IN TOWELS rubbing my legs. You're supposed to put oil on your legs and then massage directly with the hot stones. Instead it felt like sandpaper. I was in the salon for 3 hours. I thought I just had bad luck and had gotten a new girl. I came in again today for my manicure because I was told the only girl that could do dip manis is only there Fridays and Saturdays. I waited for an hour before someone sat me at a desk and let me soak my old polish off. I sat there for another hour. I found out there were literally 3 color choices AND NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO USE THEM! Do not offer dip as a service unless you have experienced staff. The girl cut 7 out of 10 of my fingers while filing them and my polish is thick, messy, bubbly, and honestly the worst manicure I've ever had in my entire life. I was in the salon for 4 hours. I will not be returning and I will be posting a negative review online. I'm sure the photos of "your work" posted online are not yours, so I'll be reporting that as well.
