Came here with a coupon I received in an email (pictured), expires 5/31 and today is 5/28. It was Memorial Day however so I called ahead to make sure our coupon was valid and we were good to go, the girl who answered assured me that yes it was fine. We get there an hour later to eat and play and are told the coupon actually isn't valid anymore, not on Memorial Day or any day for that matter, they aren't accepting it anymore. I explained I had just called an hour prior and was told otherwise but they still said no and didn't offer any help. We left, drove down to Pump it Up and got in immediately for $8/kid. There was maybe 7 people total in the whole Bounce-A-Rama facility, really not sure why they're turning down business.
