This place sucks! Every time I go in there (the rare times I go in there) I have a bad experience. There's never enough people working in there, they are careless about making their sandwiches, they never listen to instructions (for example when you specify that you don't want the damn bagel toast it they do it anyway), they just really suck. They need to take pointers from the people at Brooklyn Bagel in Henderson, or better yet just be replaced by a bagel shop with workers that care about what they do. When I went in this morning at 7:00am there were only 3 people working. One doing the register taking orders, one taking the money at the register, and one in the back making more bagels. But nobody doing orders. SO OBNOXIOUS! This place sucks!!!!!
