Brad Lewis was very prompt in returning my phone call. He scheduled an appointment and met me at my house, late in the afternoon to accommodate my schedule. He showed me a number of curtain ideas and we finally arrived at a decision. His prices are very good. When the blinds came in, his installer called to schedule the install. He arrived on time, very professional and very good at his craft, and he cleaned up after the install. I was impressed with his professionalism. Brad does not do the bait and switch tactic that so many of these types of companies do. He asked me what my budget was, showed me fabrics that were in that range and never pressured me to buy a more expensive fabric. He wants to do the right thing for the customer. I would use him again.
The only reason for only 4 stars is that when ordering, I did not realize that the panels which I purchased would not be pleated when closed, they lay flat. That was probably my fault, as I did not ask Brad if they would still be pleated/folded when closed. This can be simply solved by purchasing another panel.
