We switched to this agent about a year ago and it was the worse decision we have ever made. Not only is he rude, he overcharged us on one of our car premiums, did not get us our safe driver discount from Onstar and sent us intimidating emails telling us our policies were going to be canceled. We have switched to a new better agent who is getting our one cars premium back to where is should be thus saving us $400 a year. We have been using State Farm for over 40 years both here and in FL and CA.
