I have been really disappointed at the flavor and quality of Thai food I've had in Las Vegas...that was until yesterday! I went to Pin Kaow, and I was pleasantly surprised! It wasn't as good as Saladang or Saladang Song in Pasadena, but this is the best Thai place I've found in LV so far. I had the Trout Lemongrass (Yummy!), Panang Curry (Nearly perfect...Really flavorful and spicy!), and Yen Ta Fo (Yummy, but it was a wierd pink color). Friendly servers that were quick on the refills, it was a great experience! I will definitely be back! Update 2/27/07 Ordered from the Lunch Special menu, I was VERY disappointed. The red curry and spicy mint dish were pretty flavorless. The rice they served was a nasty medium grain, clumpy mess (last time they served long-grain fragranced Thai jasmine rice). It was the equivalent of Thai Cafeteria food. If I go back to this place, I will not order from the lunch menu, fo sho.
