I have been using the Daumke Team for several years now. We lease a property in Gilbert. The customer service needs much improvement. The property managers are difficult to deal with. The vendors they use are typically cheap and do not to the repairs correct the first time. One of the ladies in the office, I'll keep her name anonymous for the review, but she does not understand construction, repairs, and when she is informed of a vendor making an error she likes to argue and challenge the tenant. When the A/C unit went out the first time I did not get a response for 3 days, it was over 110 degrees out. I left messages with the office, and on the cell phone. Nothing for 3 days, then it took them another 3 days to get someone out, and then another 3 days to get it repaired. Communication with them is a nightmare. They are inconsiderate of the needs and lives of their tenants. I will not use them again, and I would not recommend them for persons looking for property management. They don't seem to care if the job gets done correctly or not. They do not visit the property on an annual basis as they are supposed to. One of the most difficult companies I have ever had to work with.
