We visited Ohio for a wedding and the hotel we were originally supposed to stay at with our family didn't have any rooms available so we looked for a place that was nearby and found this double tree Hilton that got good reviews so we tried it out. The facility of itself was very modern and clean. It was located in a great area nearby a lot of food, resteraunts and shopping areas in driving distance. There were many amenities offered including an indoor pool and gym. The room itself was well kept and CLEAN which is the most important thing for me. There was a minibar, fridge & microwave. It came standardly equipped with an iron and blow dryer. The bed was very comfortable but for a king bed it was oddly short. The hotel 9fdered breakfast but it wasn't complimenatry, which was okay because the food was amazing. They had a very good menu and amazing room service. The TV in the room had a station so you can track your bill which was a nice plus for me. Upon check in I booked the room for two nigrs, I specifically told the nice lady at reservations that. The first night everything went great until check out the next day when we were sleeping after a long night and got our door banged down by housekeeping, mind you the do not disturb was on the door. I woke up told them we had the room for two nights & then called down to reservations and explained to them what happened and asked if we were good and the lady confirmed we had the room for two nights. That very same night we came home exhausted from a wedding and our room key wouldn't work so I'm our heels and dress clothes we had to trot down to the 1st floor from the 5th to go inquire & all for what? So they can scan our key and say it's good now. We were particularly turned off by that as this was the second disturbance. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly whenever we walked through the halls and there was a lot of parking. The rooms were decently priced. I wouldn't necessarily not stay here again if need be.
