I booked 4 services at once 3 weeks in advance. Had several appointments at this place in the same day and took the day off work to be there. They called me 1 hour prior to my first appointment to tell me nobody would be able to do the first and third appointment. So basically i would have had to wait in between the appointments they could provide. I lost a day of work and they lost good money cause I had to rebook everything at another place not to lose my day. The receptionnist made me feel bad for cancelling the remaining appointments. Unreliable!! Unprofessionnal! If you want your customers to trust you, have backup staff available!!! Not impressed at all!
