They really need more employees to work here. I feel bad for the guy who works here. He was going back and forth between the front of the store and the back of the store trying to blend drinks and make rolled ice cream. That being said: There were only 3 parties here, one who ordered two drinks and the other who ordered two of their rolled ice cream items and the last one who ordered one drink. I don't know if I came at a bad time (7pm) or not but it took over 30 minutes for me to just order and get my rolled ice cream. It's not the employees fault since you can't really roll more than 1 ice cream at a time. I think the owners or manager really needs to schedule more people especially during dinner. If there were a sudden rush people would be walking out and asking for refunds! Their Dragon Queen rolled ice cream was subpar at best. It did not taste like dragon fruit.. it tasted like cream with mangoes on top. We couldn't really detect the condensed milk on it either. Their strawberry watermelon tea was terrific though. Definitely saved them a few stars and is one reason I would recommend them.
