I went to EV Dermatology twice regarding an irritation on my scalp. They did two different biopsies and reported that I may have Seborrheic dermatitis and prescribed multiple steroid products. After spending $200+ on steroid products and special shampoo, scalp oil & conditioner, I was no better. I finally decided to go to Mayo Clinic. The doctor took one look at me and said she thought it was an allergic reaction to a product I was using. I stopped using the hair gel I'd been using for years and started using a conditioner with no perfume/dyes and it was cleared up within a week. I specifically asked the Dr at EV Dermatology if she thought it could be an allergic reaction to a product and she said, " it is NOT a product allergy." So I've received two statements saying I owe $56 which I paid. Today I get a call from a collection agency stating I never paid $324. (Of course today I paid it, but am livid that I never received a bill regarding the amount owed.) I am not at all impressed with their staff or their billing department.
