This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. Three times I have gone and ordered a breakfast sandwich at the drive through and it has been frozen in the middle. Frozen egg is not something I want to eat in the morning. I complained all 3 times and was never offered a refund or even a free item. I am not sure why I kept going back - I really wanted to give them another try as they are close to my work and the most convenient Starbucks but I will not be going back. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt and gave them a chance to remedy the situation but nothing happened. I am very disappointed. As a daily Starbucks drinker it is sad I can not go to my closest location.
