I agree with Cindy. I bought the most gorgeous satchel in Montreal, only to have the colour - a bright cyan blue - fade like crazy in the first 3 months, then the leather around the handle began to degrade and rip in less than a year. This was a big, expensive bag and I took great care of it! My friend bought a wallet on the same trip and it was totalled within a year. Strangely enough, it was the same colour as my bag, and ALSO faded dramatically. The wallet was almost never exposed to sunlight!
I wrote Rudsak's head office a letter and sent them a picture of the bag and a copy of my receipt. I never even got a response, even when I followed up with an e-mail.
Rudsak's service and quality are the worst. It's too bad, because the designs are outstanding.
