I Rented a house for dirt cheap! In the year and a half I stayed, I had SEVERAL issues with this company when it came to repairs! If you're not a section 8 or HUD property you will have to ask to have the same thing repaired 20 times before it gets done, then it will be done in the cheapest way possible. They do not seem to communicate well with one another and you'll get BAD attitudes from them when you ask them to do their jobs!! All this being said, if you cover you a** and take TONS of pics. when you move in and out and report things immediately,and actually clean your rental, you'll get your security deposit back. If I were a home owner, I would NEVER, EVER use this company to represent my home, as a renter just cover your but! We took move out pics of the inspector walking through the home, no way to fake that! Moved out early, broke the lease and still got most of our security deposit back. I reccommend this company if you're a responsible renter and can respect the fact that you're in someone elses house.
