I own a property that Talley Properties has been managing for me for over 12 years. If an issue comes up with the house, they inform me promptly and it is up to me, the owner, to authorize repairs promptly. It is also up to the owner to dictate the rent amount. On both accounts Talley has given me the full details so that I can make an informed decision. There have been a few reviews that have given this company a bad review for issues a property manager does not control. MY tenants have been renting the house for seven years and just renewed for an eighth. I listen to my manager's recommendations and I take care of the property. I have never been steered wrong by Talley when it comes to paying attention to tenants' requests and taking the appropriate action.
