Ron has been taking care of our pool for 4+ years and as long as I own a pool in Vegas, I won't use anyone else. He is an amazing person and because of that, he is honest and truly care for his clients. One day, my mom was visiting me and got sick. I had already pre-planned trip to SF and was out of town. My dad called and texted my mom but couldn't get hold of her and called me worrying about her wellbeing since she was too sick and I wasn't home. It was during work hours and I couldn't find anyone to go check on her since all of my friends were at work. I called Ron if he was in my area and if he could stop by at my place to check on my mom. He was 15-20 min away. He immediately went over to my house and let me know my mom was ok (Thankfully she was just taking a rest and phone was dead). This is one of many examples of how of an amazing person Ron is. He would fix my backyard gate if it's wobbly, let me know if my dog was acting strange when he came by and got out of his way to help me to get the best prices on parts when my pool needed replacement parts. He truly cares. I met him as my pool service provider but we became friends over time. I recommend Ron and his team to everyone. You have Ron for your pool, you're in the best hands possible!
