As a result of finding yet another defect that was missed in our home inspection last year, I'm lowering my review of this company to just 1-star. I recently found both the hot and cold water valves for the washing machine were frozen when I tried to install a new unit. By the looks of the corrosion around the valves, they'd obviously been in need of replacement for decades. No surprise that yet again my home inspection report doesn't even make mention of inspecting these valves. This ended up being a fairly expensive repair job, because some of the copper plumbing behind the wall needed replacement in addition to the valves. Sure would have been nice to know there was a problem there in advance.
