Literally the rudest phone reception I have ever dealt with, in any industry, ever. This call took place on Friday, March 18 around 4:30PM. As a new client coming from the merger with Salon Escape (where my service and stylist was fabulous!) I was handled in an incredibly cold, rude way that essentially went something as follows "Hi there - I would like to book an appointment for this Saturday please, if available?" "For who?" "Adam H...." "NO, FOR WHO?!?!" At that point I explained that I was coming over from Salon Escape, and would be going somewhere else. I might suggest this salon seriously invest in training their front desk staff in customer service skills; as in that moment not only did they lose what would have been a loyal customer, but also ensured I would be Yelping about this. Their entry-level employee has put an ugly face on their 'beauty' business. If that's how I'm treated before becoming a paying customer, it frightens me to imagine how I am treated once they have my money.
