I have been using HT for 7 years. Josh is our technician. He is knowledgeable, courteous and honest. I know if I'm unable to be home during visit, the job will get done and with my expected high standards. Last year, my dog got infested with 19 ticks while staying with a friend when we were on vacation. JOSH, came out for emergency call, explained what needed to be done to prevent future outbreaks and handled entire mess, although friendship didn't survive.
Entire staff at HT is easy to deal with, scheduling, accounting and is worth every $ spent. Thank you HT and JOSH! No need to use anyone else!
