my friend and made an appointment for 11:30 am. Both of us wanted to get full sets. so that's exactly what we did,we were soaking our nails for about two and a half hours, the ladies were filing our nails for another hour. By this time it was three o'clock. we both had to work at 4pm and they didn't even start the acrylic. any ways I wanted to mention the fact that my "nail technician" was falling asleep on me and was high as a kite also smelled like cheap vodka. I will attach several pictures of our nails that took nearly 5 hours. it literally looks like my 4 year old niece did my nails. so if you want terrible customer service and horrendous disgusting nails please come here! do not spend a dime here, your hard earned money is not worth it. Go to another nail salon
