I have been going here for a year now once I moved to Charlotte and they always did an amazing job with my eyebrows. However, the last time I went in the lady created a bald spot in my brows and when I went home and looked closely I noticed it and called. They said because I left the salon and could "have done that myself" there was nothing they could do. Having been a customer for a year I felt they have bad customer service and would recommend you go somewhere else.
