Friendly staff, clean room and environment, comfortable beds. I especially liked they had choices of pillows, soft and firm and were labeled. Furniture and décor were modern and quality products. Nice, hot shower. Very nice lighting in room. Workout room and pool were being updated and under construction so I can't comment about those but everything else was great. Very easy check-in. I made reservations on their website so when I arrived I presented my receipt and the process was done in about 5 minutes. The staff at the front desk has to buzz you in, so when you initially enter the "foyer" you think you might be left in the cold, but then a smiling face sees that your not threatening and opens the doors to the lobby which is large and well lit. There are a couple of other entrances on the ground floor after being issued a key card, but the sole elevator is centrally located in the lobby. Very friendly staff and very professional. The hot breakfast was awesome. Breakfast included with your stay and they actually had wait staff to make sure everything was to my liking and all the food was hot and plentiful, which it indeed was. They had some strange omelets but were pretty good. Fresh fruit, milk, juice, and omelets, sausage and biscuits with gravy. We stayed here after visiting the Christmas lights in McAdenville, and is was just a short drive from the lights and great rates. We stayed here because of the pet-friendly policy which they charge $25 for, but for I am okay with that because of how clean the room was. Overall, I loved this place and look forward to going back next Christmas.
