Terrible! Way overpriced on brake pads, $80 fronts and $70 for rears on a Prius!! Greg Davis was the person who "helped". Fuckin terrible customer service on his end. Was rude, and all his answers were, "is out of my hands". They will charge you a ridiculous amount for "shop supplies". $37 in my case.. just terrible from beginning to end. Do yourself a favor and don't go here, if you do and the guy at the desk is Greg Davis.. turn back around and leave. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a shop.. won't stop at yelp either. Will be going to BBB.. and social media. Big O tires are a bunch of scammers and thieves.
