I used to like this location, until they refused my $18 off oil change coupon they specifically sent to my address good for that location only. How do you not honor a coupon that states this is the location it is good for? It's not like it says good at participating locations only, it says THIS location!
They said, oh well since we lowered the price on our oil changes by $5 we no longer take that coupon. So I said okay then give me $13 off since it's an $18 coupon. He ended up giving me $5 off, the same coupon you can print from the corporate website.
So they saved a little money that day by refusing to honor their coupon, and lost my business permanently, not a smart way to run a business... and if all aspects of their business are managed this poorly, how could I ever trust them under the hood of my car again?
