I thought the $275 deposit to turn on electricity was ridiculous! I have a fantastic credit score! But I guess they don't base it off of your credit. Don't move to Tempe/Phoenix if you don't have money sitting around in your account for these people to scam you out of. He said electricity bills for my area run anywhere from $175-$375. Ridiculous! I just moved from Vegas where my bill averaged $160. The customer service agent was great, but the city itself, ya know, the usual...rip offs.
