We have been here once before a year ago but the service wasn't great and the food mediocre. We were in the area and thought we would give it one more chance. I called ahead to ask if there was a wait, the man who answered the phone said "nope! Come on in." I even asked if I should at least put my name in and he replied "there are a ton of open tables, you'll be fine," with confidence. We walked in 4 minutes after we hung up, and it was a 30 minute wait. Needless to say, that was the last chance we give to Spoonwood. The hostess took ten minutes to grab the guy who "might have" answered the phone and he had no words or apology or idea who answered the phone and told me that. Unfortunately I'll be giving this review to everyone who frequents my business.
