Having moved from the south side, we were used to the Marc's in Strongsville, Brunswick, Middleburgh Hts, Rocky River ... Huge close-out sections, CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. Did I mention clean? We moved to Cleveland Hts. and we have absolutely boycotted the Marc's store on Mayfield and Green. It is FILTHY, DIRTY and disgusting. The produce is very poor... the employees are extremely rude, and shopping there is just plain depressing. The Coventry store has higher prices and very rude cashiers, but we have noticed an improvement with the younger employees. You need a passcode to get in the bathroom which is disgusting, once you get in there. When will the managers of these Marc's stores wake up? Like night and day....I love living in Cleveland Hts. but miss the nice, clean, sparkling Marc's stores of the west side.
