I came in and before even putting my name down asked the nail technicians if they could do what I was looking for, she stated that she could do something similar but not exact. Which I understood and was ok. I put my name down waited about 30 mins and when I got to the tech he asked what I wanted and I showed him he said he couldn't do that so I asked if someone else could he said no, no one can. So I asked which design from my choices on my phone could he do he then walked away and said something to the other techs. I asked for them to just ask him if he wants to do it or not. They responded no he doesn't want to do it. So I responded I would just go somewhere else but that's why I asked to begin with and showed them what exactly I wanted. In the end the way they took care of the situation was was rude and horrible.
Some of there display nails where what I was looking for but apparently they still can't do it.
