I've been going here for about a year now. When I came in I'd been vaping a while (not a clue what I was doing) and met Kay. I'd been to a few other places but no attendant really gave me advice, info, etc until this place.
They seems to have taken an interest in the product they sell and strive to help customers in depth, something you don't often see at other smoke shops. Kay in-particular is knowledgeable about vaps and has a very approachable demeanor. He knows what he's talking about (I checked) and doesn't seem to be trying to blow smoke up my ass (ha) when talking about rigs or corresponding items. I also like that I can go in and get a recommendation on decent vapes. My preferences are always remembered and considered. They even go the extra mile here and will let you sample, help you change filters, prep them and put it all back together.
This is among some of the best customer service I've ever had and its the main reason I haven't gone anywhere else since stepping foot in their establishment.
I highly recommend this smoke shop!
