They put stickers on ALL serial numbers of the glasses so that you can't research and get a pair that you like from another place. Put a pair on hold and than called 3 times later that day for the serial number. They pretended either they didn't know what that was or they were busy. They just acted dumb and annoyed the shit out of me.
When you go to an electronic store or to a pharmacy or to any other store on this planet, you don't see stickers on serial numbers or labels. But at Specks & Specks, you do and you're not allowed to know what you're buying. Worst customer experience ever!
