I have never had good customer service here. Another example recently where tried to find out if an item was available in their store. As usual, can't reach anyone by phone and if you leave a message, they won't call back. Decided I would rather pay the extra $$$ cost for duties and went ahead and ordered from Neimans online. Will be hard pressed to bother giving Holts any of my business.
