It's been probably two years since I had visited Makers & Finders. I desperately needed coffee and a quick bite before getting the day started. It was really busy- almost all of the tables were filled on a Wednesday afternoon around 2PM. I came with my book and laptop in hand, but found it was too loud to try and study. Normally I can block out the espresso grinder, dish wear clanking, and people talking but I realized this was due to the music being a little louder than what I find comfortable for a coffee shop.
I had a lavander latte and the croissant sandwich. Both were pretty solid, but I wish they had more options to choose from. It's a cute spot for a quick lunch date or coffee to-go, but I don't think I can come back with the intent of staying here for a few hours to study.
