Due to a crash on my road bike I separated my shoulder at the AC joint. I visited a surgeon a few days after my crash and emergency room visit. The surgeon declared my injury a difficult one. He said if you put 5 doctors in the same room they would have a serious debate about surgery or not. He felt my injury might not need surgery and I didn't really want to endure it unless necessary. Having been to Biomechanix once before for back issues I knew exactly where I wanted to go if I was to avoid surgery. I was in pretty rough shape. I couldn't raise my arm to brush my teeth or put my arm through my shirts. It hurt too much. Well, after 5 months of solid physical therapy my shoulder not only returned to normal strength we began working on issues I had prior to my crash. Craig and his team are fantastic. He and his staff listen to your concerns and evaluate your progress with every visit. Having been there twice now I can say with 100% confidence, if there is any chance you can heal without surgery, Biomechanix will find a way.
