First let me start off by saying Jeff was EVERYTHING! He was simply amazing and the epitome of a great asset to any organization. His professionalism was exceptional and he was very attentive to my needs and did everything he could to make the transaction happen for me. Unfortunately the car I purchased was not a good purchase. I traded my 2008 LS 460 and purchased a 2014 ES 350 and have not been satisfied since. The car seems very sluggish and it actually hesitated when I tried to pick up speed, the trunk jams, the speakers are fuzzy, the doors are so hollow everyone notices how bad it sounds/rattles when you close them, my Bluetooth randomly disconnects if it connects at all, etc. Just very poor quality.
I'm a Lexus girl and out of the 5 that I've had this is the only Lexus I actually purchased from a Lexus dealer and by far the worst one which is disheartening. I've been in NC for a little over 3 years and I see Hendrick Automotive is a very reputable organization and clearly has a solid foundation here in the Carolinas so of course my goal was to purchase a Lexus from the best Lexus dealer in town..and finally get away from the CarMaxes of the world once my credit improved....well I came, I conquered, and was disappointed to say the very least. As soon as I possibly can, I will have to take a hit on this one and get rid of it. Back to Carmax I go as I must say between myself, my husband and my daughter we've had 4 cars from there and they were great with no problems. I don't doubt for one moment that Hendrick Lexus don't have good quality cars but I'm afraid to take that chance again.
