Went here last week on the recommendation of a friend. I will not go back. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with absolute lack of personality and warmth. The receptionist seemed mad I was there - no smile, told me to sit. When I told her I had been advised to come early to fill out a new patient form, she seemed mad that she had to get it. The massage therapist came and got me at exactly 945, the time of my appointment but then took six minutes to 'let me change'. And then finished at 1041. Not an hour massage that I paid for. In addition, she was nowhere to be found when I came out of the room. Couldn't have cared less how I felt or how the massage was. Didn't see her again. No personal service from either of the women there - felt like I was an imposition and annoyance by booking there. I will never go back and it was an absolute waste of money as I was so frustrated by the service that it completely took away from the massage experience - which was only so so to begin with.
