The store has improved in their prices which were over priced before. The store is clean and has a nice bakery. The reason I am giving it a 1 is because of the staff, in particular the cashiers. They are stuck up and act like they are doing me a favour. They never say hello or thank you, and never smile. Very cold attitude. I even called in to complain and they were, or one particulat person was so rude to not even aplogize for their rude behaviour. No," I aplogize" or" I hope you will come back again," or " I am soory for your experience". Rather ,she was arrogant and kept reapeating OK, or stayed quiet. I am not going back there even if I am in the neighbourhood. Much rather go to COMMUNITY NATURAL FOODS , who are so friendly, knowledgeable, kind and courteous to their customers. This store has a bias towards visible minorites. So stay away if you are one. Much better to go to |Community Natural Foods or Amaranth.
