I'm a 58-year-old lover of golf. I was a single digit handicap but have had a struggle returning to form after recent cancer treatment. I took an $80 lesson with Shane Madden on 11/6/15. He videotaped me hitting a few balls, gave me a little info about his background then began instructing me on what I needed to change. Oddly, he never had me hit another ball throughout the rest of my lesson. He promised to send me videos showing my bad swing and what my swing looked like after he fixed it. My round the next day may have been the worst I have ever had. Shane had me in a position so far off the ball that I could hardly make contact. It was frustrating and embarrassing. After several requests I finally received a video of my bad swing but nothing showing my "fixed" swing. Shane seemed like a very nice man but I could not recommend him.
