NEVER BUY A VEHICLE HERE!!!!!! They will sell you a brand new truck and when it malfunctions they will take it for 4 days and REFUSE you a loner and guess what?!? It's still malfunctioning!!!
We bought a brand new chevy Silverado and within 20k miles the radio and blinker systems started to malfunction only when you hit the brake. Obviously a connect issue somewhere. This is completely a manufacturing issue. We brought the truck in and they wouldn't even give us a loner, even after we told them we would have to ride the bus at 4am with our 2 babies, they didn't care, and when we tried to explain the issue we got nothing but attitude from the technician. They kept the truck for 4 days. Every time we called or tried to explain the issues we are having the service technician (forgot his name) would say things like "that's not possible!" Seriously?!? Then they tell us all they can do is update the software for the radio when that wasn't even the issue.
We finally get our truck back after 4 days of riding the bus with our 2 children and it's still malfunctioning. We want it fixed or I WANT A DIFFERENT TRUCK IF THIS IS SOMETHING THAT CANT BE FIXED!!!!This truck is new and I'm so disappointed in the service department. It's your job to know these issues and fix them. We only drive Chevrolet but that's going to change!!!!!
