I've eaten at Gallagher's in New York, New York 3 times now. Every time has been great and left full and satisfied. Only reason it doesn't get 4 stars is because I'm really picky about giving 4 stars. The steaks have a fantastic flavor that comes from the dry aging process which is on display in the store front. Service has always been above average, and the atmosphere feels very classic. I don't really have any criticism of the restaurant because it is exactly what the star designation says. A-OK, and that should be nothing to sneeze at. In Vegas where you have a million options to spend your dining dollars, Gallagher's delivers a steak worth going back for and a fun experience.
