The food is good and the valley desperately needs more vegan/vegetarian options. However the service is abysmal. I placed an order for pick up and was told it would be 10-15 minutes. I browsed around and waited. After 20 minutes I inquired and was told my food was being put in a box. 5 minutes later I asked again and was told it would be a few more minutes. I left for 10 minutes, went to the store, and when I came back I asked again and was told to wait in line. I did so for 10 minutes and was told it was being put in a box--how many boxes do I need?The hostess offered no condolence, just told me it would be a few minutes because they were busy. It took 45 minutes to get a to go order from a half full restaurant.
On another occasion I brought my toddler and asked for a high chair. They say is at a high top--the high chair was a foot lower than the table. Their incompetence can be comical.
