Came to this best buy to buy a Christmas gift today. Apparently best buy never sent me a new card so it didn't work. Not only did they treat me like a criminal and acted suspicious, they refused to allow me to purchase anything with my card account.
Prior to posting this, I just paid off my balance and cancelled the card - best buy is gonna end up like circuit city treating people like this. When will these corporate giants realize Customer service matters.
Now on to purchase from Amazon instead.
