My mom recently used Shutterfly to create my grandfather's memorial cards. The preview showed everything would print correctly but when she received the cards the date had been cut off and were unusable. She emailed Shutterfly and they gave her the option to return the cards for a refund but she would have to pay the shipping cost. She mailed the cards back to the address Shutterfly provided, but a month later the cards were returned to sender! So she lost her shipping cost and over $100 for the cards. And this was obviously unnecessary stress to be added to the lose of her father. This is unacceptable. Based on this experience and other similar reviews, we will never use Shutterfly again.
