The property is in an amazing location in North Scottsdale. The property is also very pet friendly, which is fantastic. The apartments are spacious and very comfortable to reside in. Lastly, the management staff are extremely diligent and nice people who truly care about their residents' experience.
In my opinion, the only issue is the sprinkler system and water usage. The property has a lot of grassy areas (great for pets), which require a sprinkler system. Unfortunately, the combination of the over-use of the sprinklers and the terrain of the grounds leads to over-watering resulting in puddles and pools of standing water. I did see workers on-site last week working on this, so hopefully this issue is resolved.
With that said, considering the amazing location of this property and the below market cost of rent (for the location), this issue is not a big deal and the positives more than outweigh the negatives in this case. Overall, we are very happy here!
