Frankly, I consider an evaluation regarding clean rooms, timely response to scheduled appts are OK and have some value as to rating the organizations customer service however, I believe the real teeth of the evaluation is all about the quality of films taken and the accuracy of the reading. I suggest you work with a physician that has some skill to read your CT/MRI/Xray and therefore count on them as your second pair of eyes..........my experience, a HUGE failure to read the films correctly that have resulted in a serious consequence.
