Auto shop huge rip off. I wouldn't recommend. Got a quote. First you need a $200 diagnostic even tho I already knew what the issue was but they still wanted to do a diagnostic. Plus the part was $300 and the labor was another $200.. so this one easy part would have cost me $700+?!?!?!!! A freaking seatbelt change for $700? And you would think since it's a safety issue they would have taken care of it and let me pay for the part. Anyways I went ahead and ordered the part myself online for $80. Paid someone $40 to change it. $120 was all it took to keep me safe. Thanks Mercedes Auto shop for not doing your best. Lol.
