I love the Cosmopolitan. Checked in with Marriott Gold and got upgraded to a King suite with a balcony and great view. Living room with two televisions and great service. I asked for some extra shampoo and soap and they brought up a huge bag of them. They are very responsive when it comes to customer service and I got to listen to a talk with the VP and Director of Customer Service where they talked about enabling their employees to solve problems for their guests. They also have a program to address you by your name.
