Guest parking availability is poor except for select units. Advertising and pricing is tricky because Mark Taylor updates their pricing daily. Which means since the prices are updated daily and the website is not, they do not honor the prices/specials on the Mark Taylor website. The prices can stay the same for multiple weeks or raise/lower by hundreds of dollars each day. The staff is friendly and attempts to be helpful but they have no authority outside of the Mark Taylor Property Management guidelines. This includes the property managers. They are essentially a messenger for the corporate office. The property is gated but poorly implemented. They do not provide either a gate code for access or a gate code to dial a phone for access. They require you to scroll through the residents name from a box that has poor visibility to call a resident for access. It's easier and less time consuming to wait for a resident vehicle to get past the gates. Although the walk-up gate has an elementary code that is given freely.
