How anyone would give this less than a five star is beyond me! Cookies and Ice Cream...how do you screw this up? Frozen Penguin is a build your own ice cream sandwich shop outside of Odysea Aquarium. Choose one of six cookies for the top and bottom and then one of twelve Dreyers ice cream flavors. Then a optional topping (.75 cents) to line your ice cream and on a hot Phoenix day you have perfection. For me it was a chocolate chip and snickerdoodle with a cookies and cream filling. AMAZING!!!
