This place should get NO stars for 3 big reasons!!
1. I understand it is a grooming place, but this place was disgusting! If you're going to have a business at least try to keep it clean. The floors seemed that it hasn't been mopped in years, animal fur was scattered all around the environment, and the cages where they kept the animals smelled disgusting.
2. The workers/ groomers were extremely rude and don't give a shit about the animals. As soon as I enter the building the "owner" Cindy was yelling at a small dog because the dog kept crying when she kept nailing down his nails. When I received my cat back, the lady shaved my cats fur with so much force they cut him. If you're going to be a groomer be gentle, idiots I swear. One of the groomers did not greet me. They just said, "what do you need?". Cindy the "owner" yells at her employees. I'm surprised the teenagers that worked there hasn't called hr.
3. OVER PRICED TBH! I just asked for a shaved cat and showered. They charged me $65!!! Ridiculous! They didn't even tell me how much it was going to be until I showed up to pick up my cat.
I AM NEVER LEAVING MY PETS HERE! I wouldn't be surprised if they abuse their clients pets. I advise future clients to find another groomer.
